For example, suppose you are using three methods of advertising to promote your website: e.g., traffic exchange, pay-per-click and banner advertising. First, focus your mind on the traffic exchanges. Choose three traffic exchanges you like and test out your ad campaign on three of them .Track the results. Dump the ones that are not working properly and continue with the rest and track the results until you are perfectly satisfied. Then move on to pay-per-click or banner advertising.

Whatever you do, do not jump from one thing to another. You will get more confused and it will take you nowhere. Mastering one skill at a time before moving on to the next one is the only surefire way to success.
