You can't just take the supplement for B12 and expect to never have heart problems. It is just as important to have a healthy diet, exercise and don't become overweight. Obesity is also a massive cause of heart disease, and if your diet is high in folic acid rich foods it should be a healthy one anyway. The best option is a combination of green, leafy vegetables and a quality B supplement as discussed.
