ceiling in your home you want to make sure to have these essential items with you. Your tools, ladders, sponges, brushes, paint, tape, paint tray, and sandpaper. If you have any holes or cracks make sure to have plaster and filler. It is important to make sure that your ladder is very stable and has a place to keep your supplies so that you don?t need to keep going up and down the ladder.

For kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms you may want to go with satin paints. If you want a paint to go with the wallpaper and or cabinetry, go with the tints and shades. To give your ceiling the appearance of looking higher then it really is, a brilliant white is always a good choice.

What ever you choose, plan you project well ahead of time. Remember to take lots of breaks so that you do not hurt your neck and arms. Make sure that you have someone helping you out if you are going to be on a ladder for safety.
