They work off a sort of vacuum mechanism that works to replace the ink used with air While I?ve yet to understand all of the finer processes of printer ink cartridges, I do think it?s pretty interesting you?ve got vacuums, sponges, ball bearings in some cases and even electrically charge quartz crystals to make it all work! All of this ink is stored inside of the cartridge so that when it comes time to print, it is ready to go and will be sent to the nozzles and then fired onto the paper into that document you need to turn in for class or a few family vacation photos.
