Anxius: The First Step But Not The Only One..

Many of you reading this may be taking Anxius, and many may be contemplating it. Regardless of where your at, it is most important to honour yourself further. That is, to be mindful of other factors in your life which contribute to what some ca
ll the " Anxiety Gap " or the time when your mind creates debilitating thoughts. This article will examine some of the factors that contribute to the "Anxiety Gap" being present after taking Anxius.

Anxius plays the role of "chemical mediator". It naturally restores the justice of your mind by balancing the key chemical components that influence your mood and daily perspectives.

Anxiety and depression are not conditions solely due to chemical imbalances, so even with Anxius you can still experience, albeit on a lesser scale, anxiety.

Once you brain balance has improved by using Anxius or by whatever other means, then the path is clear-er but not always clear.

I, myself have felt significantly better after using Anxius but, still, ( and it's only natural) the tangible habits I developed as a consequence of my anxiety/depression still exist. Smoking, drinking coke ( 10 litres a day!!) and the further consequences of the
se: bad sleep, agitation from sugar highs/lows, general health.

Anxius is a vital key in your life improvement but on its own is not enough if you espouse a life you could not have previously imagined.

Below are some examples of how the "anxiety gap" can be reduced even further.

1. Space - the big one. In fact so big it needs to be broken down further.

a. Life space.

Take a minute on your own to reflect on how your work or current circumstances impact your ability to just - BE.

For me, my business was so all consuming even when I wasn't working I was in my mind. Add that to being a father of 5 and husband and you get the picture.

Now, Anxius may improve your ability to be more efficient with these endeavours, but that doesn't mean they are serving you. Anxiety is fuelled by worry or absence of positive thoughts. Does your work, play, life circumstances allow for time to just BE? If it does, do you use the time to just BE?

b. Mind space

Ok, so even with the life space, what do you do with the mind space? Years of conditioning both by self and others may have prevented you from experiencing insights that come from letting yourself just be. Fear, in all it illusionary forms, will replace the opportunity for you to feel a positive feeling. So now just contemplate or be mindful of how you think even when you can just BE.

c. Physical space

Of course there are exceptions to everything, but in the main we feel better when we can see clearly. An uncluttered backyard, a tidy lounge room feels good. They have a sense of order to them, a sense of purpose. When you do the tidying you become a part of that purpose, no matter how mundane you may think it is.

If your a messy cooker try cleaning as you go next time. be mindful of keeping clear, clean bench space. Then be mindful of the food you are preparing. The whole experience can become one of real satisfaction as you go and as you serve. It feels good!

d. Intimate space

Allowing the above can set off a domino effect. With anxiety reduced there is more room for love. One that will lead to a better opportunity for intimacy. I don't just mean in the bedroom, I mean with your world. With your partner, your children, your pets, yourself, your community and so on.

I am mindful when discussing Anxius and in this case the "anxiety gap" that it can appear over simplified. It is because being is simple. We make it complex. The challenge is to allow simplicity to be our state of mind. This is not rocket science, we just need reminding some times.
